We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. we will refund or exchange any item within seven (7) days starting from the date of reception of the delivery.
No refunds on clearance and sale items.
Please return the packages using a /trackable carrier/ such as DHL or FEDEX with delivery confirmation we cannot track packages and are not responsible for lost packages that are not sent this way. A tracking number is a must.
If you need to exchange an item, send it to the same address with a note letting us know what you need and we will get one out to you! if we sent you the wrong item, we will pay all shipping costs associated with getting you the correct item.
If a product arrives damaged, please contact us first before returning it. We will contact FEDEX and once they have agreed, we will re-ship the item (if available) at no charge. There is usually no reason to return the damaged merchandise unless we request it.
